Kalia Aragon, a native of San Diego, California, can be described as a bold and effective global citizen. From her work with California Youth and Government and Model United Nations to her international development work with the non-profit Invisible Children, Kalia is dedicated to making the world a more understanding place. Living and working in New York is a dream come true for this urban novice! When not advocating for social change she can be found enjoying quality Mexican food, relaxing with friends, and taking in the local cultures.

LEAD STRATEGIST
Lisa has been with TMI since day one and has led strategy for many of the agency's largest clients. She’s an expert in all things young people—from messaging to user experience to SMS/mobile strategy. Outside of TMI, Lisa is on the junior board of Education Through Music and is a volunteer counselor at Crisis Text Line. She thrives on live music, loves to hip hop dance, and speaks Swahili.

Santiago brings design thinking expertise to his work with TMI clients. With an MFA in Design Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Santiago applies human-centered approaches to creating social impact campaigns. His curiosity for learning new things and his love for exploring the planet fuel Santiago’s passion for his favorite causes: education and the environment.

Meredith's passion for creativity and innovation leads her to challenge traditional thinking and deliver the very best work for TMI's clients. Her career has spanned both client and agency roles. Prior to joining TMI, Meredith served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Northlich. There, Meredith spearheaded the ILostABet.org and GiveThemTen.org strategies, as well as led client work for Sam's Club, White House Black Market, Dirt Devil, and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Meredith is a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School where she was a founding member of the Vanderbilt Child & Family Law Clinic and later served as a board member for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). When not striving to bake the perfect chocolate chip cookie, Meredith can be found watching a musical or play and exploring every nook and cranny of New York City with her husband and two girls.

Aria has over a decade of experience motivating young people to take action through DoSomething.org campaigns such as Teens for Jeans, Thumb Wars, and Comeback Clothes. She has created brand partnerships with H&M, Coca-Cola, Sprint, JetBlue, and Toyota, and she has helped scale DoSomething.org to 5.4 million members in 131 countries today. Aria is one of the first ten World Economic Forum Global Shapers, she’s passionate about social justice, and she thinks the name “Aria” is becoming way too popular.

Marie guides clients in developing communications and calls to action that resonate with young people. She currently works with PwC to enhance their internal Corporate Responsibility programming and with Malala Fund to build a global movement around girls' education. In her client work, Marie draws on her past experience with the DoSomething.org global strategy team. Marie is an avid traveler, bookworm, feminist, and fitness aficionado.
IRENE PEDRULLO

A storyteller, strategist, and activist at heart, Irene loves thinking about what makes young people tick and then putting those insights to work for TMI’s clients. Earlier in her career, Irene worked as a journalist for publications in Europe, Latin America, and the US. She was recently named 2016 Rhize Emerging Catalyst for her work fighting to reduce barriers to political participation of Spanish emigrants around the world. She has been a guest lecturer at The New School and she was a Fulbright scholar from 2012 to 2014.

Greg builds innovative, cross-sector partnerships that positively impact people and the planet. Prior to joining TMI, Greg managed strategic alliances at the not-for-profit First Book, where he partnered with Target, Teach For America, and Demand Media to deliver millions of new books to kids in need. Greg is a Michigan Ross MBA, Dance Marathon alum, and an all-heart, little-skill triathlete.

Kary equips powerhouse brands like Keds, H&R Block, and United Way with the tools that motivate millennials to take social action. Kary is devoted to women’s empowerment, social and economic justice, and is an ally to anyone that feels they might not have a voice (or a choice). She also loves to travel, has an encyclopedic knowledge of pop culture, and is perpetually on the hunt for the best pizza in NYC.
